This cover art was created for the jazz band Mademoiselle S whose sound is rooted in early 20th century romantic jazz. The visual approach draws inspiration from artwork of that era aiming to reflect the elegance and emotion found in their music. I was responsible for the overall art direction and design working to capture the timeless character of the genre through composition color and texture.
